1. Results All18cases could initiative micturated and their volume of prostate had been evidently reduced.
结果 18例患者均恢复了自主排尿功能，前列腺体积也明显缩小。
2. Results: ① All the 6 cases had dry feces in rectum. ② All cases micturated immediately after defecation through clysis or taking cathartic drug.
结果：①6例患者直肠内均有干燥便块，经过灌肠或口服泻药排出大便，排尿功能立即恢复；
3. 21 cases (91.3%) were normally relieved the bowels after being followed-up for 0.5 to 3 years, 2 cases (8.7%) were lessened urine and micturated well after being treated with urinary dilatation.
随访0.5～3年，大小便功能正常的21例，占91.3%；尿流变小2例，行尿道扩张术治疗后排尿良好，占8.7%。
