2. Methods The size and shape of conchae, nasal meatuses and the structures of the lateral wall in middle nasal meatus were observed and measured on 67 sides of the sagittal head specimens and the distances from anterior nasal spine to other anatomic parts were also measured.
方法选用67侧正中矢状切的头部标本,观测各鼻甲、鼻道及中鼻道外侧壁结构的形态和大小,并测量前鼻棘至各解剖部位的距离。
3. Results The total 100 frontal sinuses were all revealed. Of 100 ostia, nasofrontal ducts, ethmoid infundibula, and middle nasal meatuses, 4 didn't show up and 96 could be viewed with air channel and bone channel structures well demonstrated in 70, and the remaining 26 still showed their bone channel structures though their air channel structures were vanished. Conclusion The structures of the ostium of frontal sinus, nasofrontal duct, ethmoid infundibulum, middle nasal meatus, etc.
结果 50例被检查者的50个额窦全部显示;100个窦口、鼻额管、筛漏斗及中鼻道结构,4个未显示,96个被显示,其中70个窦口、鼻额管、筛漏斗及中鼻道的气道结构和骨结构均清晰可见,26个窦口、鼻额管、筛漏斗及中鼻道的气道结构消失但骨结构仍可见。
4. The ethmoid cells appeared at 24-26 weeks and they kept their own small ostia that opened into the middle and superior nasal meatuses.
24~26周形成筛小房,并有微小窦口与上鼻道和中鼻道相通。
5. The results showed that the ethmoid sinus began its development at about 21-23 weeks of fetal life. The frontal folds or furrows were formed by extensions or evaginations of the nasal mucous membrane from the superior and lateral wall of the middle and superior nasal meatuses.
结果表明,筛窦在胚胎第21~23周开始发生,即在中、上鼻道的外侧壁和顶部,由鼻粘膜下陷形成额襞和额沟。
