1. Methods In rats, a fine and glossy nylon thread which was 0.205mm in diameter was introduced into the right cervical internal carotid artery, till the intromitting length equal 15~18mm to block blood flow of MCA, then the changes of neurological syndromes and morphology of brain tissue were observed.
沿大鼠右颈外动脉入栓，经颈内动脉到达大脑中动脉，入栓线长15~18mm，直径0.205mm，阻断其血流，观察大鼠神经病学改变及脑组织形态学变化。
