1. Air crews in that region are never out of radio contact with the ground, but radar cannot track them until they draw closer to shore.
2. Ground crews have begun assisting 10 helicopters and an airplane in spreading water and foam on the fire.
3. Work crews will level the ground, ensure water and electricity supply and build lavatories from August 21 to 23.
