总胆管

1. 胆总管：肝总管在肝十二指肠韧带内下降,并在韧带内与胆囊管以锐角汇合成胆总管 (common bile duct). 胆总管长4~8cm,在肝十二指肠韧带内下行,经十二指肠上部的后方,下行至十二指肠降部与胰头之间,最后斜穿十二指肠降部中份的后内侧壁与胰管汇除,

2. 总胆管：胆囊管和总肝管聚集合成总胆管(common bile duct). 总胆管在进入十二指肠前的壶腹部位(ampulla)和胰管相连接,将肝脏分泌储存于胆囊内的胆汁直接的注入降十二指肠(descending duodenum)内帮助脂肪的代谢消化. (3)新生儿降生不久可因红细胞大量破坏,
