罢了[bà le]
[助] （用在句末， 有“仅此而已”的意思， 常跟“无非”， “不过”， “只是”）:
例：你就是不想去罢了。
You just don't want to go; that's all.

罢了[bà liǎo]
（表示容忍; 算了）:
例：他不肯也罢了， 连个回信也不给。
I wouldn't have minded his refusing， but he didn't even answer my letter.
他不愿来也就罢了。
Well， if he doesn't want to come， it can't be helped.
