1. 在未超过本合同项下允许最大量的情况下，在6.1款叙明的期限前，或对本合同明确规定了该期限的延展或双方相互书面谅解达成一致，无论是已发货还是已仓储的货物（如因买方未能及时卸货导致船舶延误），对任何数量而言单价均固定不变。
The unit price is fixed and firm for any quantity not exceeding the maximum permitted under the contract either delivered or stored (if vessels are delayed by the buyers failure to unload in a timely manner) on or before expire of the period stated in sub-clause 6.1, or such extended period as expressly provided in this contract or agreed by mutual written understanding.
